How do I use a coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, please enter it at the time of checkout in the box provided. Remember to UPDATE your cart for the coupon to take effect and approve validity. Please note, some codes have limited usages and some have to be used within predetermined timeframes.
Can I return any products I am unhappy with?
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged, you may return it for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. When ordering, please choose your product shades carefully. We do not offer refunds for incorrect colour choice. If you have any questions regarding shades, ingredients, or application, please contact us before placing your order. To begin the return process, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org *Please note that only products purchased online from emmprincess.com.au will be accepted for return. We regret that we cannot accept exchanges. Proof of purchase will be required.
Shipping and Delivery
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on where you are located in Australia or New Zealand, it can take up to 7 to 10 working days to receive your goods, after leaving our premises. • NSW delivery is a maximum of 2 working days. • VIC and QLD delivery times are 3 to 4 working days. • S.A., W.A., Northern Territory and Tasmania - 6 to 8 working days. • Street addresses only, strictly NO Post Office boxes.
How much is shipping?
$10 Flat fee for Australia & New Zealand, Free for orders over $30.
What shipping options do I have?
We only ship our products to you using Australia Post registered parcel services. We have found Australia Post to be the most reliable shipping service.
